Ambassador Rasheed Seidu Inusah
Chief Executive OfficerAmbassador Rasheed Seidu Inusah is a distinguished international intelligence and security expert, diplomat, and lawyer with over four decades of experience in Ghana’s diplomatic and public service. Throughout his illustrious career, he has contributed significantly to Ghana’s foreign policy, intelligence, and security architecture. Ambassador Inusah has served in several diplomatic postings across the world, including assignments in the Former Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Cuba, Kenya, and Australia, where he represented Ghana and advanced the country’s diplomatic and strategic interests.
He previously served as Director-General of the Research Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, where he played a key role in policy analysis and strategic advisory on international relations. He also served as Director-General of the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB), providing leadership in national intelligence and security coordination. Ambassador Inusah is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Legon; the University of Westminster, London (UK); and the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra (Australia). In addition to his formal academic training, he has undertaken several specialized short courses at international universities, attended numerous global conferences, and travelled extensively.
He is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Russian, reflecting his broad international exposure and diplomatic experience. Currently, Ambassador Inusah serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Intelligence & Security Analysis (CISA Ghana) and as Managing Partner of Inusah, Inusah & Associates, Legal Practitioners and Consultants. He also contributes to academia as a Lecturer in International Law and Security Studies at Nyansapo College, Accra (accredited to the University of Cape Coast), and as a Lecturer in Intelligence Studies at the Department of Forensic Sciences, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Ambassador Inusah is married and has children.
